How to Log In

Never accessed your account online?

You can set up online access with the Purchaser's or Joint Purchaser's social security number (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN), the account/contract number and your zip code.

(The account number should be eight digits. Some older contracts established between 1996 and 2000 have 10-digit contract numbers. If you have a 10-digit contract number, please drop the first digit and the last digit to get your new eight-digit contract number.)

Can't remember your Login ID?

Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-445-4723, Option 2 for your Login ID.

NOTE: Some account holders may have used a social security number (SSN) in the past as their Login ID. Enter that SSN in the Login ID on the Account Login. For security reasons, you will be prompted to change your Login ID from your SSN upon accessing your account.

Forgot your password?

Enter your Login ID on the Account Login and click the "Forgot Password?" button. You will be prompted to answer a security question (such as Mother's Maiden Name). When the correct answer is provided, you will be able to reset your password.

Login Requirements: The Login ID must be at least 9 characters in length. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters with a combination of at least one number and one upper-case letter. Example: Monday12


Accessing Your Account

  1. Log in to your Account or click on the yellow Account Login button to view the secure login screen.
  2. Enter your Login ID and Password to access your account.

View Cancellation Status

To check the status of a cancellation request, you can log in to your account online. (See login instructions for first-time and returning users above.)

Once we begin processing your cancellation form, your online account status will state "Processing Cancellation." Please allow up to two weeks for initial processing, and up to 30 days for the issuance of a refund.

You can still view your account online, even after your contract is cancelled. If your account status shows "Cancelled," you should expect to receive a check in 10-15 days. The amount of your refund will be shown on the "Distribution Information" page.
