How to Log In

Never accessed your account online?

You can set up online access with the Purchaser's or Joint Purchaser's social security number (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN), the account/contract number and your zip code.

(The account number should be eight digits. Some older contracts established between 1996 and 2000 have 10-digit contract numbers. If you have a 10-digit contract number, please drop the first digit and the last digit to get your new eight-digit contract number.)

Returning User Login Instructions

  1. Log in to your Account or click on the yellow Account Login button to view the secure login screen.
  2. Enter your Login ID and Password to access your account.
  3. Once logged in, select the account/contract you wish to access.

Can't remember your Login ID?

If you have previously set up online access and you cannot remember your Login ID, you must contact a plan representative at 1-800-445-GRAD (1-800-445-4723), option 2. NOTE: Some account holders may have used a social security number (SSN) in the past as their Login ID. Enter that SSN in the Login ID on the Account Login.

Forgot your password? Enter your Login ID on the Account Login and click the “Forgot Password?” button. You will be prompted to answer a security question (such as Mother’s Maiden Name). When the answer is provided, you will be able to reset your password.

Login Requirements: The Login ID must be at least 9 characters in length. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters with a combination of at least one number and one upper-case letter. Example: Monday12


View Processing Status

Cancellations:

To check the status of your cancellation, you can log in to your account online. (See login instructions for first-time and returning users above.)

Upon receipt of your cancellation form, please allow up to two weeks for initial processing, and up to 30 days for the issuance of a refund.

Once we begin processing your cancellation form, your online account status will state "Processing Cancellation." When the cancellation process is complete, your account status will show "Cancelled." The amount of your refund and the date of the cancellation will be shown on the "Distribution Information" page. You should expect to receive a check in 10-15 days from your cancellation date.
