Through Account Access, you get quick access to the information you need, such as
- Account information
- Payment information
- Distribution information, including enrollment verification letters
- Change your password
- Update an address or phone number
- Update an e-mail address

To set up Account Access, you will need:
- Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan account number - The account number should be eight digits. Some older contracts established between 1996 and 2000 have 10-digit contract numbers. If you have a 10-digit contract number, please drop the first digit and the last digit to get your new eight-digit contract number.
- Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number.
- Zip code
Creating a Password and Login ID
If this is your first time using Account Access, you'll need to choose a password and Login ID. The Login ID must be at least 9 characters in length. The password must be mixed case, alphanumeric, and contain 8 characters. If you do not remember your password, you may use the Forgot Password feature. Contact a plan representative at 1-800-445-GRAD (1-800-445-4723) option 2, if you need further assistance resetting your password.
